Our 2012 Palm Sunday Easter Egg Hunt featured a visit from the Easter Bunny and, of course, the kids scored lots of candy! The parents enjoyed bringing home over-sugared, hyped up children. \"\"<\/a>On Sunday, March 25th our congregation surpirsed Parson Jim with a re-inactment of his “Team EVP” performance on American Idol. We wanted to show support to Erika and give comfort to Parson after her exit from the show. Thanks to Linda Chemenko for organizing this and the picture! <\/p>\n

Our very own Parson Jim <\/strong>is shown here (center) cheering on Erika Van Pelt<\/strong> (now known as EVP) in the LIVE audience of American Idol this week. We wish Parson Jim a wonderful visit to Hollywood, CA and a safe trip home to us. Please be sure to watch American Idol <\/strong>and vote for Erika this season! <\/p>\n

Our February 2012 Mission Moment benefited Heifer Project International<\/strong>. Our Sunday School Children collected and donated 11,656 pennies <\/strong>to this wonderful cause. When added to other donations (including “matching gifts” from a few generous adults), we totalled over $800<\/strong>! Many thanks to David Keating <\/strong>who always does such a great job with this Mission (and with pumping up our kids).
