Pastor Jess Joles has been loving and leading our congregation since July 2020. Jess and his wife Tricia have been married since 2003 and have three wonderful children.
Jess lived most of his life in Oregon from childhood through his college years. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Youth Pastoral Ministry from Western Baptist College (now Corban University), Jess began a 12 year career in the insurance and financial services industry. During the final 4 years of his career, Jess began to realize that God was calling him into ministry. In January 2013, Jess transitioned into full-time ministry as a Youth minister which would eventually lead to his serving in an associate pastor capacity as well.
In July 2016, Jess, Tricia, and their children moved to South Hamilton Massachusetts where Jess began studies at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary where he received his MDiv and Masters of Church History.
Jess enjoys spending time with the Lord in the Word, being with his family, golf, coffee, the Yankees, the Denver Broncos, and coaching baseball.
We are thrilled Pastor Jess has joined his ministry to ours during this exciting time!

Peter & Amber Sullivan

Peter & Amber have dedicated many years to serving God’s people. Amber led worship at Calvary Bible Church in upstate New York and was active in their children’s and youth ministry. She also holds her Bachelors in Religious Education through Davis College. Pete holds a Bachelor’s degree in music from Western Connecticut State University and has been playing in worship bands for over 30 years. He has also released several original Christian songs.
Together, Amber and Pete have utilized their talents to minister to others through music, leading worship at various churches, comforting families during funerals, and encouraging seniors in nursing homes. They are thrilled and honored to join Beacon Falls Congregational Church and are excited to witness God move powerfully.

Sarah is passionate about serving the people that make up the body of Christ. She and her husband, Aaron, live in Beacon Falls since they were married in 2009. They and their children, Andrew and Elizabeth are currently members of Cornerstone Church in Oxford.
Equipped with the skills to help “keep the train on the track” so to speak, she is happy to work in the background to ensure the needs of the church are met and keep things running smoothly. Sarah is excited to see God move within Beacon Falls Congregational Church and witness Him at work in her hometown.
